Our apartment property management system is a fully automated web based environment with report workstations at each apartment property.  Internal audits are conducted on an annual basis, to insure accuracy and integrity.  Site visits are conducted on a regular basis, both scheduled and unscheduled, working with the on site management and service teams addressing financial, occupancy, and health/safety issues.  Market surveys are completed on a monthly basis and in some instances on a weekly basis, to monitor the apartment market trends and ever changing industry.
