TCN is based in Dallas, Texas and was founded in 1988 by a select group of commercial brokerage firms in order to be able to accommodate client needs outside their respective market areas.

Since then, TCN has attracted members in every major real estate market in the United States, as well as Montreal, Vancouver, Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, London, Madrid, Moscow, Paris, Vienna, Beijing, Hong Kong and Sydney. In order to qualify for membership, each firm must demonstrate that it is a leading provider of commercial real estate services in its respective market area.

Our affiliation with TCN was a logical next step for Price Edwards & Company to be better able to meet the needs of its clients. The firm has formal relationships with high-quality brokerage firms around the country, which significantly increases its ability to locate credible buyers for its sales and listings.

TCN Worldwide has developed a web-based referral and marketing system which allows member brokers from all over the world to expose commercial properties for sale or lease, identify investors who are searching for specific property types, make inquiries as to the availability of specific types and quantities of space for lease, as well as provide a comprehensive data base of contact information for both tenants and building owners.

Price Edwards & Company is scheduled to close a two-building, 170,000 square foot, Office Building sale in the 1st quarter of 2003 located in New Orleans, Louisiana as a direct result of a TCN relationship.
