The building is primarily occupied by the Oklahoma Department of Labor. The seller was Centaur Oklahoma, LLC and the buyer was Shawnee Marketplace Investors LP. Both entities are Texas-based limited partnerships. The building, which is on 2.21 acres located at the southwest corner of NW 30th and Stiles was 88% occupied at the time of the sale. The sales price was $1,825,000. Cordell Brown, CCIM with Price Edwards & Company represented the seller.
