Price Edwards & Company Brokers Sale of Commerce Center

Commerce Center in Oklahoma City has been sold to 9520 North May Partners, LLC, a group of local investors.  The 3-story, 65,940 square foot building is located at 9520 N. May in the Oklahoma City suburb of The Village.  Constructed in 1982, the building has been owned by Inovest Joint Venture 1981-B and served as its company headquarters since the day it was constructed.  As part of the sale negotiation, Invoest will be able to remain a tenant in the building.  The building’s anchor tenant, Bank of Oklahoma, will vacate the majority of its space in late 2017 when it moves to its new downtown headquarters.  The purchase price of the property was $6,150,000.  The seller was represented by Craig Tucker of Price Edwards & Company.  

Riverwind East, LLC Purchases 47.56 Acres from the Barbara G. Heatley Trust

A land parcel consisting of 47.56 acres located at the southwest quadrant of the interchange of I-35 and HWY 9 south of Norman has changed hands. The site is immediately east of and adjacent to the Riverwind Casino.  The sale price was $8,268,625. The sale was handled by Cordell Brown, CCIM, CIPS.

Hideaway Pizza Yukon Location Sold to HPY Investment Group, LLC

HPY Investment Group, LLC, a group of investors consisting of 4 physicians and a CPA, purchased the Hideaway Pizza south of I-40 in Yukon, OK.  The 6,654 SF newly constructed restaurant was purchased for $3,095,000. Hideaway signed a 15 year, triple-net lease that commenced the day after closing. Tom Fields negotiated the deal. 

Tuff Shed Renews Lease at OKC Headquarters

Tuff Shed has renewed it's lease with PumpCo. off of 1-40 and Reno for another 5 years. The 16,000 square foot facility has been leased by Tuff Shed for over 3 years. Mark Patton negotiated the deal. 

Stillwater Central Railroad Leases 323,051 Square Feet of Industrial Space in Oklahoma City

The site at 1726 S. Agnew in Oklahoma City which is served by the railroad was formerly Capitol Steel. Stillwater Central intends to sublease the facility to a railroad customer who will stockpile and distribute sand brought in by rail for oilfield fracture treatment operations. Bob Puckett handled the transaction.

Academy Leases 62,000 Square Feet of Retail Space in Midwest City

Academy has entered into a lease for 62,000 sq ft with Sooner Development in their project under construction at the northeast corner of SE 15th and Sooner Road in Midwest City. The expectation is the space will be delivered to Academy in time for the store to be open for the 2016 holiday season. Karleen Krywucki handled the lease on behalf of Academy.
