Southwest Edmond Office Park Sells for $2,400,000

Timberbrooke Professional Center sold January 3, 2018, to a local group of experienced real estate investors for $2,400,000. The property located in southwest Edmond consists of six freestanding buildings of which five were included in the sale.  Each building is approximately 5,000 SF. The original developer maintained and managed the property which was in excellent condition. Tom Fields of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.

North Oklahoma City Industrial Building Sells for $1,000,000

Wells 3G Two, LLC purchased from Mathew and Jane Hoffman Rev Trust a 16,800 SF Industrial Building on 3 acres located at 14400 N Santa Fe. Wells 3G Two will occupy the property after the seller vacates the property. The property had previously been used for medical equipment refurbishment and resale. Danny Rivera and Craig Tucker of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.
 
Wells Fargo Renews Lease at Fisher Hall

Wells Fargo, one of the nations largest financial services companies, renewed its lease for 10,579 SF in Fisher Hall, one of Edmond's finest Class A office buildings. Wells Fargo has leased office space in the building since 2006 when the building first opened. Tom Fields of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.
