AE Rockwell, LLC paid $11,695,000 to Maple Leaf Ventures II, LLC for an Apartment property of 304 units, located at 8201 N. Rockwell, Oklahoma City. David Dirkschneider handled the transaction.

I-40 and Czech Hall Land Sold for $2,950,000

GBT Realty paid $2,950,000 to BancFirst for Land at I-40 and Czech Hall Road, Oklahoma City.  Cordell Brown handled the transaction.  The site consists of 30 acres of land fronting on I-40 / NW 10th Street and Czech Hall road at the southwest corner of I-40 and Czech Hall Road. Plans call for the development of a shopping center.

Meyers Reynolds Building Sold in Only 67 Days

Following a quick turnaround of only 67 days, the Meyers Reynolds building has sold for $2,000,000.  The 14,980 SF property is a single story building located at 1220 N. Robinson, in Oklahoma City's Midtown district.  Price Edwards was able to obtain four offers within a matter of a week of their marketing efforts. Price Edwards helped Mr. Reynolds cipher through the offers to obtain the most attractive purchase price, with the least amount of contingencies, and evaluate each individual parties ability to close at the time they outlined. The result was a transaction that concluded from start to finish in 67 days with the owner receiving his target sales price on the exact date he wanted to close.  Craig Tucker and Tre Dupuy handled the transaction.

Three Edmond Office Buildings Sold

HS4 Enterprises, LLC sold three, well maintained, single story, Class B office buildings in the Signal Ridge office development to St. Clair Investments, LLC on January 25, 2016.  These buildings are located in the heart of Edmond, OK just west of Broadway Extension and 15th Street.  The three buildings are side by side totaling 17,322 square feet and were 94% leased at the time of the sale.  The property sold at slightly over an 8 capitalization rate.  Tom Fields represented the seller.    

Save A Lot Signs 13,799 Del City Lease

Save A Lot has signed a new lease in which they will occupy 13,799 SF at Del Crest Shopping Center located at the intersection of Sunnylane Road and SE 15th Street in Del City.  This lease will set off an overall complete renovation of the shopping center.  Everest Ernst and Karleen Krywucki with Price Edwards and Company handled the transaction. 

Falcon Flowback Services Leases 28,500 SF

Falcon Flowback Services Leased a  28,500 SF manufacturing facility situated on five acres of graveled outside storage from the J2 Group LLC.  The property is located at 1635 SE 29th St. in Oklahoma City.  Danny Rivera with Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.
