The Oklahoma City Clinic selected Price Edwards & Company for the management & leasing of its four local facilities. Located at 701 NE 10th, 200 N Bryant in Edmond, 600 National Avenue in Midwest City and 8315 S. Walker, the properties contain approximately 200,000 square feet of space.

Within 120 days of taking on the new account, over $75,000 in annual savings was achieved thru a combination of: renegotiated service contracts, reduced ad-valorem real estate taxes, and energy management initiatives.
