Baker Hughes Sells Industrial Property for $500,000

Baker Hughes has recently sold their industrial property in McAlester to LJDJH, LLC. The facility will be occupied by Yellow Jacket Oil Field Services. The property consists of two buildings totaling 7,760 square feet on 2.68 acres of land. Yellow Jacket Oil Field Services is a Midland, TX based oil service company with locations in Louisiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming. Keystone Automotive leases 40,000 SQ FT on Reno Avenue

LKQ, operating locally as Keystone Automotive, recently leased 40,000 square feet of bulk warehouse space at 5201 W. Reno in Oklahoma City. Keystone sells replacement auto-body parts to collision repair centers. Bob Puckett of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.

Dirt Cheap Leases 26,000 SQ FT from Hobby Lobby Plaza in Wichita, Texas

Dirt Cheap has signed a lease for 26,500 square feet of space within Hobby Lobby Plaza in Wichita Falls, Texas. They are back-filling the space vacated by Hastings Books & Records when they filed for bankruptcy. Dirt Cheap, whose headquarters is in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, has approximately 55 store locations in the South and Southeast and is making an expansion push into Texas. Karleen Krywucki of Price Edwards & Company handled the lease on behalf of the property owner.

Tepco Renews Lease at OKC Location

Tepco Contract Glazing, Inc has renewed their lease on California Ave, right off of I-235. The industrial building contains 18,525 square feet and has been home to Tepco for three years. Tepco is a 29 year old regional glazing contractor specializing in the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of curtainwalls, windows, glass and glazing. Mark Patton of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.
