Price Edwards Brokers 40,000 SF OKC Industrial Facility Lease

Downing Wellhead has leased from Inland Machine and Welding Co. a 40,000 SF Industrial Building on 6.11 acres located at 2132 SE 15th Street. Since 1980 Downing Wellhead has been one of the leading oilfield pressure control manufacturing companies in the region. They intend to utilize the facility for manufacturing wellhead systems and frac equipment. Danny Rivera with Price Edwards and Company handled the transaction.

Love's Travel Shops Expands in Georgia

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores has added a 33,000 SF expansion to an existing 100,000 SF space in Forest Park, Georgia. Love’s utilizes this facility to manufacture and distribute retreaded tires for over-the-road trucks. Bob Puckett and Mark Patton, industrial specialists with Price Edwards and Company, handled the transaction. 

HD Supplies Renews OKC Lease

HD Supply Facilities Maintenance has renewed their lease of the 25,000 SF warehouse facility located at 11301 Partnership Drive in Oklahoma City, HD Supply Facilities Maintenance is a leading supplier of maintenance, repair, operations (MRO), and property marketing products. Mark Patton of Price Edwards and Company handled the transaction. 

Commerce Bank to Relocate to Atrium Towers

Commerce Bank, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri recently signed a lease to move its Oklahoma City operations to Atrium Towers, located at 3503 NW 63rd. The bank will occupy 7,348 SF at its new location which will provide easy accessibility and visibility along the Lake Hefner Parkway.

Craig Tucker with Price Edwards and Company handled lease negotiations on behalf of the property owner, Atrium LLC, which is wholly owned by Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores.

Rural Sourcing Leases Two Floors in Plow Building

Rural Sourcing, a software development firm, leased two floors of the Rock Island Plow building at 29 E Reno for their new Oklahoma City headquarters. The firm plans to employ 150 people at this location. Allison Barta Bailey with Price Edwards and Company handled the transaction.
