Eide Bailly Leases 20,000 SF at The Heritage

Regional accounting firm, Eide Bailly, recently executed a lease for 19,874 square feet at The Heritage in downtown Oklahoma City. The firm was founded in 1917 in Fargo, North Dakota and has 29 offices in 13 states in the West and Midwest regions of the country. Eide Bailly joins Saxum Communications and Heritage Trust Company as the first office tenants in the building. Located immediately north of the Oklahoma City National Memorial, The Heritage was formerly known as the Journal Record Building. The building sustained significant damage in the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building but is now undergoing a significant restoration that will convert it into one of the most attractive office options in Oklahoma City.  Craig Tucker of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.

Supermarket Coming to Grant Square in SW OKC

Square Two, LLC intends to operate Feria Latina Supermarket in 19,600 sq ft in a free-standing building on the shopping center’s south end.  The space is being remodeled for the supermarket now and is expected to open mid to late March 2017. The retail center was sold in mid-December 2016 to local Oklahoma City ownership and features Aaron's and Family Dollar as anchor tenants. Nichols Hills Executive Building Has Sold

366 Capitol, LLC has purchased the Nichols Hills Executive Building for $3,250,000. The sales process was conducted through a closed bid process, bringing in only very committed buyers. An extensive marketing campaign was conducted for the property, with an emphasis on digital marketing. It took just over 100 days on the market for the property to be purchased and closed on. The property was previously owned by the Aubrey McClendon estate. Tre Dupuy of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.

CNC Metal Expands in South OKC

CNC Metal Shape Construction has leased a 33,000 square foot crane-served heavy manufacturing building at 1718 S. Agnew. This building was a part of the former Capitol Steel complex. The complex contains 322,000 square feet of manufacturing space and had fabricated structural steel for iconic structures across the country since 1929. With the signing of this lease, Capitol Steel is now 100% occupied. CNC was founded by former employees of Capitol Steel and performs fabrication of steel structural components.
