Cordell C. Brown, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), Vice President of the Investment Division, joined Price Edwards in 1991. Cordell brings over 40 years of experience in real estate investments to his position in office building sales and acquisitions. Since joining Price Edwards, Cordell has participated in many major office building sales transactions. At the same time, he has assisted many local businesses in locating properties to house their operations and in selling the properties they have outgrown.

Clients have included Zell Equities, American Fidelity Insurance, MBL life Insurance, Metropolitan Life Insurance, MONY, The Hartford, Teachers Insurance, Chesapeake Energy, United Way of Oklahoma, and numerous other national, regional and local investors.
