Girma Moaning | Retail & Investment Specialist

Girma joined Price Edwards and Company as a Retail & Investment Specialist in 2018. His area of expertise is in Retail with a focus on investment sales, landlord/tenant representation, and site acquisition for development. Girma began his real estate career in 2014 and has brokered retail, investment, multifamily, and mixed-use development deals for various firms. He has also had the privilege of working on distressed asset portfolios with a national asset advisory group.

Prior to his career in real estate, Girma served in the US Air Force for thirteen years. Girma attended The University of Oklahoma with a focus on Aviation and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Currently, he is continuing his education as a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Girma is an active member of the ICSC and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the Commercial Real Estate Council Board of Directors, ULI Oklahoma Management Committee, the OKC Ballet Marketing Board of Trustees and is a member of Chainlinks Retail Advisors.
