Mark Patton joined Price Edwards & Company in 2010. His principal activities include commercial and industrial real estate brokering, specializing in the sale of industrial land and building sales and leasing. Major clients include Baker Hughes, Inc., Ryder Systems, EastGroup Properties, Oklahoma Publishing Company, Dresser Industries, Love's Country Stores, Pillsbury Co., and Seagate Technologies.
Patton is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and received his degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Price Edwards & Company, Patton worked over 30 years for Gerald L. Gamble Co. Inc., Commercial and Industrial Realtors. Patton was also a Vice-President with Southwest Title & Trust Company for eight years. Prior to his affiliation with Southwest Title, he held the position of Assistant Director of the Oklahoma Real Estate Institute.
Patton's involvement in professional and civic organizations includes membership in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Board of Realtors and the Oklahoma Association of Realtors; President of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma City; Alumnus of Leadership Oklahoma City; past-President of Leadership Oklahoma City Alumni Association; and former board member of the American Red Cross, Oklahoma City Arts Council, and Leadership Oklahoma City. He is a former president of Edmond All Sports, Inc., and in May of 1993, Patton was appointed by the Governor of Oklahoma to an eight-year term as Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation Commission, during which he served as Vice-Chairman of the Commission.

Chris Roberts joined the industrial team of Price Edwards & Company in June of 2015 and has been responsible for the sale or leasing of over 325,000 square feet of industrial space in and around the greater OKC area. Before joining Price Edwards & Company Chris had over a decade of customer service and sales experience gained thru work in the wine and spirits industry in Oklahoma, Chicago and California. He most recently worked for Paragon Brands, a local wine and spirits broker, and maintained over 300 accounts in Oklahoma. Chris was also one of the first employees of the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2008 and helped assist the initial ticket request list and sale of 13,000 full season tickets and later served as a season ticket account manager for three seasons.

Danny Rivera joined Price Edwards & Company in July of 2015, as a broker in the Industrial and Investment Division. He specializes in buying, leasing and the listing of industrial properties including industrial land.
Rivera graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2004. He has been active in the Oklahoma City industrial real estate market since 2005. His clients have included Hobby Lobby Stores, Chesapeake Energy, General Electric, YRC Worldwide, Swift Transportation, Xterran Energy, Western Flyer, City Trailer, Kaiser-Francis Oil Company, MRC Global, Coop Ale Works, and many local companies.
Danny is married to his wife Brooke, they have two children Benson and Willow.
