Karleen Krywucki joined the Price Edwards team in 1989 and is Director of Major Tenant Leasing for Retail Properties. She is responsible for leasing and negotiations with national tenants and larger regional or local tenants represented by Price Edwards & Company. With 26 years of experience in leasing retail space in the Oklahoma market, Karleen provides expert market knowledge to her retail clients and to the Price Edwards team. She formerly served as president of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of the Anchor Council of Chainlinks.

Karleen represents Walgreens, Staples, Lifetime Fitness, Children's Learning Adventure, Aaron Rents, The Fresh Market and TJ Maxx. She also represents Wal-Mart and AWG in the disposition of their properties in the state of Oklahoma.

 

Susan Brinkley

Ms. Brinkley has been with Price Edwards & Company since 1994 and has worked in commercial real estate since 1983. During this tenure, she has been essential in the leasing of shopping centers throughout Central Oklahoma. Between 2010 - 2011, Susan Brinkley leased approximately 1.5M sf generating over $17.5 M in lease revenue and $3.25 M in sales completing 110 transactions.

Ms. Brinkley predominantly works in Landlord representation, working the Price Edwards & Company portfolio having over 3.8 million square feet of space. Additionally Ms. Brinkley personally represents another 125,000 square feet of retail properties for various owners.

Clients include Old Navy, Delta Cafe, Maurices, Famous Footwear, Leslies Pools, Party Galaxy, Shoe Carnival, Kirklands, Name Brand Clothing & others.

 

Everest Ernst

Mr. Ernst joined Price Edwards in June of 2006 after receiving his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Everest became a part of the retail division in which he is responsible for the marketing and leasing of various retail properties within the Price Edwards portfolio. He also works very closely with the retail staff in tenant representation. Some of his recent activity has been landlord representation for properties such as Bryant Square Shopping Center, Casady Square, Woodland Plaza, Edmond Berkshire, Edmond Plaza and the REHCO portfolio of Midtown retail properties. He has negotiated over 115 lease agreements in his first three years of employment with Price Edwards.

Everest earned the distinction of leasing associate by receiving his real estate license in the summer of 2006. Everest is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Real Estate Council, and the Chainlink Advisors Young Brokers Council.

Rosha joined Price Edwards & Company as a Commercial Broker Retail Specialist in April 2015. She specializes in Retail which includes Landlord/Tenant representation and  Retail Development. Before joining Price Edwards & Company, Rosha started her real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker & Associates. During her time at CBCHA, she was selected by CBC Corporate to represent the Midwest as the Regional Business Development Manager for Realogy’s Global Client Solutions team. She had the privilege of working in corporate services with nationally recognized retailers, such as Orange Leaf in franchise development and Advanced Auto Parts in dispositions. Rosha earned many accolades during her time at CBC which include; Top Producer for 2014 along with receiving the President’s Award for 2014 as she completed over $3million in transactions in her first year of her career. 

Rosha attended The University of Northeastern Oklahoma for a time with a focus on Business/Marketing and was a statewide ranked tennis player in the USTA league. She is continuing her education as a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Oklahoma City Chamber, and NW OKC Chamber.

George Williams joined Price Edwards in January 2015 after 13 years at Dell Inc. in a variety of sales and sales management positions. As part of the retail division, George is responsible for marketing and leasing retail properties within the Price Edwards portfolio. George possesses strong, decisive, and collaborative leadership skills, with a proven sales ability to assess client needs; establish rapport, build trust, and close deals.

Leasing is a business of relationships. George is able to assist our clients by leveraging his extensive network of retailers, developers, landlords and brokers. George has demonstrated success across all property types, including neighborhood, community and power centers, single-entity, mixed-use, lifestyle and urban properties, as well as development and redevelopment projects.  George believes that the best mix of dynamic anchor tenants, complementary retailers and service providers plus the careful selection of outparcel users create synergy, define the personality of each property, and provide the opportunity to realize maximum achievable rents, mutual goals and profitability.
