Tanda L. Francis | Managing Broker, Tulsa

Ms. Francis services as the Managing Broker for Price Edwards and Company – Tulsa. Her primary responsibilities include the supervision of the Tulsa office for its brokerage,  property management and consulting services. She is also active in marketing real estate assignments for which she and the firm have responsibility. Prior to joining Price Edwards and Company in 2013, Francis owned and operated Beacon Commercial Group, Ltd., a full-service brokerage company that she formed in 2007 after 14 years with Trammell Crow Company.

She is a licensed real estate broker in both Oklahoma and Arkansas.  Ms. Francis business credentials include Certified Property Manager (CPM) - Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); Real Property Administrator (RPA) - Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMA).  She is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a BS in Business Administration. 

In her 30+ years in the industry, Francis’ experience includes the representation of various clients, including institutional and local firms such as LNR Partners, Bank of Oklahoma, Verizon, HILTI, Warren Clinic, CIGNA, ProLogis, Merrill Lynch Hubbard, Archon, CALPERS and Granite Properties. She has successfully negotiated transactions with such notable groups as Bank of Oklahoma, Union Public Schools, Bank of America, Sunoco, Southern Nazarene University,  Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Fresenius North America, and AFN Communications (sites in over 50 cities).
