Debra Anderson | Property Manager & Leasing Rep

Debra joined Priced Edwards and Company for the second time in 2022.  Debra’s primary focus is landlord representation in leasing and managing retail and office properties.  Debra currently manages and leases Brookhaven Village in Norman as well other Norman properties. Prior to joining Price Edwards and Company the first time in the retail broker division in 1995, Debra managed and leased multiple office buildings and developments in Oklahoma City with Wiggin Properties LLC, Mike Dillard Century Properties, and later in Fort Worth, Texas with Equity Office Properties, a Sam Zell enterprise. In 2005 Debra joined XTO Energy Inc. in Fort Worth as a Land Advisor and subsequently worked in that same capacity with ExxonMobil Corporation in Houston, Texas handling associated mineral exploration and production concerns in counties located in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Texas.

Debra is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a BS degree in Business.  She has achieved industry certifications from the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Building Owners and Managers Association, American Association of Professional Landmen and the National Association of Lease and Title Analysts.
