• SAKZ Inc., LLC paid MPMM Investments, LLC $2,175,000 for a 22,000 square foot retail property at 2809 NW 10th Street in Oklahoma City. SAKZ Inc. had their eye on this particular property for quite some time. When it came available, we acted quickly to secure the purchase. Rosha Wood handled the transaction.

• Advanced Hydrocarbon Stratigraphy, Inc (AHS) has acquired 2929 W 21st Street in Tulsa, from Newhill Technologies LLC for $972,000. Having been a tenant in one of the three buildings on the 20,117 square foot industrial property for an extended period, AHS saw this as a strategic move to acquire the property and expand into one of the other buildings. AHS intends to lease-up the remaining vacant building. Josh Love handled the transaction.

• Booth Properties, LLC paid Art Link & Letter, LLC $740,000 for a 3,459 square foot office building at 1024 W Covell Road in Edmond. The property was owned and occupied by Back 40 Designs - an Oklahoma based digital marketing and advertising company. The property is a rare freestanding office building with a unique modern design and outdoor patio space located in a retail shopping center. The buyer is local and plans to continue to use the space as office for a CPA firm and oil & gas company.  Aaron Diehl handled the transaction.

• Gungoll, Jackson, Box & Devoll P.C., a full-service law firm based in Enid, leased 5,907 square feet of office space at 4747 Gaillardia Parkway, Oklahoma City. The firm decided to move their Oklahoma City location from downtown to northwest OKC.  Tre Dupuy and Ian Self handled the transaction.

• Modivcare Solutions, LLC leased 5,679 square feet of office space in Lakepointe Towers at 4013 NW Expressway in Oklahoma City. ModivCare makes connections to care that are essential in helping people live a healthier life. The company is the leading non-emergency medical transportation provider for Medicaid and Medicare. Craig Tucker handled the transaction.
