RCNE Investment Group Purchases Rib Crib on the Expressway

RCNE Investment Group, LLC purchased the Rib Crib restaurant located at 4801 NW Expressway in June of this year.  The well maintained 5,000 SF restaurant was built in 1996 and sits on 1.6 acres.   RCNE purchased the income producing property as a long-term investment with a CAP rate over 8%. Tom Fields of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.

Pacific Coast Supply Purchases SW Oklahoma City Industrial Space

Pacific Coast Supply Company has bought an industrial property in Southwest Oklahoma City for $1,250,000. This property has a very unique offering to the OKC industrial market. It's highly sought after attributes include: 20,000 SF, 10 overhead doors, 5 graveled acres and excellent access to I-40. These factors contributed to the property selling so quickly, after only being on the market for a few weeks. Danny Rivera with Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction. 

Reno Properties Purchases Council Road Plaza in Bethany

Reno Properties has recently purchased Council Road Plaza from seller Westwood Investments for a sale price of $882,500. The 10,000 square foot shopping center was sold by Price Edwards over a year ago to Westwood Investments. Council Road Plaza has undergone massive renovations since being bought a year ago, and has seen a dramatic increase in occupancy rate. Rosha Wood of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction. 

Tuesday Morning Moves Operations Across Edmond

In June Tuesday Morning signed a new lease at Edmond Crossing Shopping Center at 24 E. 33rd Street in Edmond, Oklahoma.  Tuesday Morning moved from their location at Bryant Square in Edmond into the 11,188 square feet location on 33rd Street. The vacant space was formerly leased by Homeland Grocery Stores as their corporate office space.  Tuesday Morning hopes to have the store up and running by mid-3rd Quarter 2016.  Karleen Krywucki and Ev Ernst with Price Edwards & Company represented the Landlord in the transaction.
