Love's Expands Corporate Offices in Northwest OKC

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. purchased the Hertz data center and office building facility, located immediately south of the Love’s corporate campus. The purchase price was $8.5 million. The roughly 157,000 square foot facility sits on approximately 16 acres. The transaction helps assure Love’s is able to expand its corporate campus as the firm continues its growth. The 38-year-old building will require extensive renovations, and Hertz will have a presence in the building for a short period until it relocates its employees to other Hertz facilities.

Founded in 1964, Love’s has 1,200 corporate employees and operates 390 locations in 40 states. Total employee count is more than 15,000. Ford Price, Managing Partner, represented Love’s in the transaction.

Medical Office Building in Midwest City Sells for $3,225,000

A medical office building located at 9020 E. Reno, Midwest City has been sold. The building, containing 25,200 square feet was fully occupied by physicians of Midwest City HMA Physicians Management. The sellers were Dr. Paul Miller and Reda Miller. The purchaser was MWC AH Properties, LLC. The sales price was $3,225,000. The sellers were represented by Cordell Brown, CCIM with Price Edwards & Company.

Siemens Real Estate Renews Lease in Woodward

Tom Fields was hired as a consultant by the Woodward Industrial Foundation (Landlord/Owner) to assist in the renewal of Siemens Real Estate a division of Siemens Corporation. The property is a free standing building built in 2011 consisting of 53,145 SF of which approximately 6,500 SF is office and the remainder is an air-conditioned warehouse.  

SEF Energy Leases Space in Oil Center East 

SEF Energy recently procured Price Edwards & Company for their search for office space in Oklahoma City. Price Edwards assisted in their search through the comparative leases analysis for several buildings, creating a true “apples to apples” financial comparison to help guide SEF in their decision. Ultimately, SEF Energy leased 10,414 square feet at the Oil Center East located at 2501 NW Expressway. The high rise building has been a staple of the Northwest side of Oklahoma City since the mid-1970s. SEF Energy was represented by Tre Dupuy with Price Edwards & Company.
