Brandy Rundel is a seasoned commercial real estate professional specializing in sales, leasing, and development throughout Central and Southern Oklahoma. With more than 25 years of experience, she has successfully led retail development, investment sales, landlord and seller representation, and shopping center leasing, working with local, regional, and national retailers and developers.

Brandy is recognized for her ability to collaborate with municipalities to secure economic development incentives that drive investment, attract retailers, and enhance community growth. Her leadership in navigating public-private partnerships has been instrumental in strengthening key markets and advancing long-term regional development.

Her track record includes the recent sale of a 63,000-square-foot former call center building in Durant to Albertsons, as well as facilitating the entry of a national sporting goods anchor and a major grocery chain into Southern Oklahoma — both of which have significantly expanded the region’s retail and employment base.
