Nick Gray | Executive Vice President - Broker Services

Nick Gray serves as Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services for Creek CRE and Price Edwards and Company. He joined Creek CRE in February 2023 following the merger of his firm, Elevation CRE, with Creek CRE. In his executive role, Nick leads agent training and development, while maintaining a primary focus on investment and owner-occupied sales.

Nick began his commercial real estate career in 2012 as a sales and leasing agent with Cushman & Wakefield. After obtaining his broker’s license in 2015, he founded and managed two boutique commercial real estate firms in the Oklahoma City area before merging with Creek CRE in 2023.

A 2002 graduate of Edmond Memorial High School, Nick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Communication from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2007.
