Andy Ridley | President - Asset Management

Andy Ridley joined the firm in April 2025 as President of Asset and Property Management. He began his commercial real estate career in 2005, initially focusing on office leasing and investment brokerage before transitioning into complex asset management. Over the course of his career, he has overseen a diverse portfolio of property types, including value-add initiatives, ground-up developments, and day-to-day financial operations across multiple markets nationwide. In his current role, Ridley leads the firm’s property management platform and provides strategic asset management services for ownership groups within the portfolio.

Ridley is a 2005 graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is deeply committed to the Oklahoma City community. He serves on the board of Cleats for Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved youth across the state. An avid pilot, Ridley enjoys flying and spending time with his family whenever possible.
