Andy Ridley | President - Asset Management

Andy Ridley serves as President of Asset and Property Management for Creek CRE and Price Edwards and Company. He joined the firm in April 2025, bringing two decades of commercial real estate experience spanning office leasing, investment brokerage, and complex asset management.

Andy began his career in 2005, initially specializing in office leasing and investment sales before transitioning into large-scale asset management. Throughout his career, he has overseen a diverse range of property types and initiatives, including value-add projects, ground-up developments, and day-to-day financial operations across multiple markets nationwide. In his current role, Andy leads the firm’s property management platform and provides strategic asset management services for ownership groups throughout the portfolio.

A 2005 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Andy is deeply committed to the Oklahoma City community. He serves on the board of Cleats for Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved youth across the state. Outside of work, Andy enjoys flying as an avid pilot and spending time with his family.
