Phillip Mazaheri, CCIM is a retail investment sales advisor with Price Edwards & Company, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of shopping centers and retail investment properties throughout Oklahoma and the surrounding region.

Since joining Price Edwards in 2007, Phillip has closed more than $700 million in commercial real estate transactions totaling over 8.6 million square feet. Since 2022 alone, he has completed more than $300 million in retail investment sales, representing private investors, institutional owners, developers, and family offices in the sale and acquisition of retail assets.

In addition to investment sales, Phillip directs the asset management and leasing strategy for approximately over 2 million square feet of retail properties across 17 shopping centers consisting of more than 300 tenants. His experience includes landlord representation, national retailer negotiations, lease restructures, redevelopment strategies, and merchandising plans that enhance long-term asset value.

With more than 18 years of experience in the Oklahoma City and Dallas–Fort Worth markets, Phillip has built an extensive network of investors, developers, retailers, and capital partners. Combining deep market knowledge with financial analysis and modern marketing strategies, he consistently delivers exceptional exposure and execution for clients while helping investors identify high-quality acquisition opportunities.

Phillip holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also affiliated with TCN Worldwide, one of the world's largest independently owned commercial real estate organizations, providing clients access to a global network spanning more than 200 markets through 160+ offices in 24 countries.
