The Oklahoma City Housing Authority Portfolio

The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the sale of twenty (20) scattered-site single-family homes and three (3) vacant lots located within Oklahoma City. This sale is authorized under Section 18 of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937, with approval from the  U.S.  Department  of  Housing  and  Urban Development (HUD). Completed proposals must be submitted electronically via email to mmills@ochanet.org no later than 5:00 PM (local time) on December 1, 2025.
