Andrew Holder joined Price Edwards and Company June 2021, as a broker associate in the Industrial/Investment Division.
Holder has been in the Oklahoma real estate market since 2015. Since joining Price Edwards, he has been heavily involved in the acquisitions and divestitures of multiple 8 figure transactions all while still catering to all deal sizes alike in the industrial sector. He has been fortunate to work with many large organizations such as Xerox Corporation, Blue Whale Materials, Group 1 Auto, Warren Caterpillar, Western Flyer Express, Downing Wellhead, 7 Compression, Gore Nitrogen, and many others. Not to mention local investment firms and out of state equity groups.
Holder is married to his wife Kirsten, and they have a son named Jimmy and daughter named Millie. Andrew currently serves on the YMCA of Greater OKC Board of Directors as well as serving as the Property Committee Chair for the Y.
