George Williams, CCIM | Retail Investment Team

George Williams, CCIM, began his real estate career in 2015 after more than a decade with Dell Technologies. He is a Partner on Price Edwards and Company’s Retail Investment Team, where he specializes in the marketing, sale, and leasing of retail properties across Oklahoma.

George represents landlords, developers, and both local and national tenants, bringing a balanced, relationship-driven approach to every assignment. Known for his ability to understand client objectives, build rapport, and execute transactions efficiently, he leverages a strong network of retailers, developers, landlords, and brokers to deliver results. His experience spans a wide range of property types, including neighborhood, community, and power centers, as well as mixed-use and lifestyle projects, in addition to development and redevelopment initiatives.

He holds a degree from Baylor University and the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. George is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Real Estate Council (CRC). He also serves on the board of NEOKC Renaissance and is Chairman of the Alpha Community Foundation of Oklahoma.

George was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker from 2017 to 2021 and has received multiple Sales and Lease Transaction of the Year awards from the CRC. Since 2022, the Price Edwards Retail Investment Team has completed more than $120 million in sales and lease transactions.
