Price Edwards Brokers  $13,700,000 Sale of Harvey Parkway

The Teacher’s Retirement System of Oklahoma has purchased the Harvey Parkway building for $13,700,000 from North Robinson Investments LLC. The building is located in the North submarket, situated on NW 63rd street, and consists of approximately 98,000 SF.
 
The building was not actively being marketed for sale and is an example of Price Edwards & Company using local connections to procure an asset that met all of its client’s investment criteria.  The Teacher’s Retirement System of Oklahoma plans to occupy a portion of the building and has hired Price Edwards & Company to handle the management and leasing of the building to facilitate their move. Conn's Appliances Renews Lease on NW Expressway

Conn Appliances, Inc, has elected to extend the current lease of their store at 3315 Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City. The store is 31,385 SF and is located between Chipotle and Beverly ’s in the Midland Center at the northwest corner of Northwest Expressway and Independence.  In addition to the extension of the lease, Conn’s has the option of four more 5-year terms.  Karleen Krywucki of Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.

Crown Packaging Corp Leases 22,500 SF in Tulsa

Crown Packaging Corp., a privately held “S” corporation, has leased approximately 22,500 SF of warehouse space in the Airport Industrial Park of Tulsa.  Crown Packaging was founded in 1969 and is based in Chesterfield, MO.  They distribute industrial packaging equipment, products, and supplies to customers in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.  They specialize in packaging service parts for the automotive aftermarket and contracts with large automakers and automotive suppliers.  Matt Surrett with Price Edwards & Company-Tulsa handled the transaction.

Marshall's Coming to Shops at McAlester

The TJX Companies, Inc, has signed a lease for a ten-year term on a build-to-suit building in McAlester, Oklahoma. The Company will operate as Marshall’s in the space of 21,000 SF in a shopping center to be built at the intersection of 14th Street and US Highway 69 in McAlester. The project, named Shops at McAlester, is being developed by Burk Collins and Company of Hurst, Texas, and will include a 55,000 SF Hobby Lobby as well as Ross Dress for Less and Ulta. The center is scheduled to commence groundwork in September on the 39-acre development, and Marshall’s is estimating a store opening September 27, 2019.
