
• Tenmark Blue Sky Industrial, LLC paid D& L Real Estate Investment LLC $13,100,000 for a 154,000 square foot industrial investment property (9.92 acres) at 76 S Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City. The property was purchased with an in-place tenant of Smith and Nephew who will continue to occupy. Smith and Nephew manufactures medical equipment and supplies at this location. Danny Rivera and Andrew Holder represented the Seller in the transaction.
• The Disciples First Christian Church of Oklahoma City purchased two buildings totaling 14,000 SF situated on 2.01 acres of land for $1,700,000 cash and other considerations. The property is located at the NW corner Of NW 16th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. Renovations to the buildings is underway. Cordell Brown handled the transaction.
• Health Care Service Corporation leased 48,652 square feet of office space in IBC Center at 3817 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City. HCSC is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. The company occupies all or parts of three floors at the building. Craig Tucker handled the transaction.
