Price Edwards and Company Brokers $6M+ Office Sale in March

• Le Norman Properties, LLC, a local real estate investor, paid RONNYMAC, LLC $6,092,000 for a 48,700 square foot office property located at 6701 N Broadway Ext, Oklahoma City, with plans to hold the asset as an investment. Tre Dupuy and Ian Self handled the transaction.

• Faith Bible Church paid Woodforest National Bank $6,052,632 for a 103,500 square foot office property, Quail Commerce Center, located at 3201 Quail Springs Parkway, Oklahoma City, which will serve as the church’s new campus. Tre Dupuy and Ian Self handled the transaction.

• Scannell Properties LLC paid CHI-OK Real Estate Partners IV $4,601,998.61 for 50.28 acres of industrial land located at NE 27th & N I-35 Service Rd, Moore. In a simultaneous transaction the buyer sold 23.20 AC to an industrial user and has approved plans to develop up to 200k square feet of industrial space on the remaining 21AC. Scannell Properties is a privately owned, international commercial real estate development firm specializing in build-to-suit and speculative projects for the industrial, office, and multifamily markets. To date they have developed over 140M square feet. Chris Roberts represented both parties in the transaction.  

• KPP Holdings, LLC paid CP2 Properties, LLC $4,500,000 for a 48,942 square foot office property, Centennial Plaza, located at 2575 Kelley Pointe Parkway, Edmond. The buyer is in the insurance business and will occupy the entire third floor consisting of approximately 17,000 SF of Class A office space. Tom Fields handled the transaction. 

• CBK TM LLC, a kratom and kava processor and distributor, leased 38,896 square feet of industrial space at 7700 E 38th St in Tulsa. The competitive rental rate and the functionality of the space for their operations were key factors in the tenant’s decision to relocate. Josh Love and Christian Funk handled the transaction.

• Amerita leased 25,381 square feet of office space in Chase Plaza located at 3705 W Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City. Amerita’s new office in Chase Plaza will be an efficient layout including a pharmacy (not retail), clean rooms and higher ceilings. Amerita provides personalized home infusion therapy and complex care for patients with chronic or acute health conditions. Tom Fields handled the transaction.
