  • IAI River Prop LLC & IAI London Prop LLC purchased London Square / River Glen, a 291-unit multifamily portfolio totaling 248,190 square feet located at 2217 E. 59th St. & 1379 E. 59th St. in Tulsa, from CAF Bridge Borrower GS LLC for $9,750,000. New ownership plans to undertake significant renovations and operational improvements across both communities, which is expected to enhance housing quality and provide long-term benefits for residents and the surrounding Tulsa community. The properties were sold through a court-appointed receivership, with Sam Walter & Dirk Erdoes of Price Edwards & Company representing both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
     
  • Williams Family Investments, LLC paid RW Timms Investments $7,600,000 for 89 acres of I-2 zoned land located N of I-40 between Morgan and Sara Rd. The purchaser intends to develop the land and add industrial buildings to the site for both personal business use as well as spec industrial. Danny Rivera & Andrew Holder handled the transaction.
     
  • 528 Midtown Property, LLC purchased a 14,324-square-foot office building at 528 NW 12th St. in Oklahoma City from Frisco Properties, LLC for $2,942,575.90. The property will serve as the headquarters for a local law firm. Ian Self and Tre Dupuy represented the seller.
     
  • Bolide Group, LLC purchased a fully renovated 5,320 square foot industrial property located at 9901 E 46th Place in Tulsa from Knightsbridge Development Partners, LLC for $720,000. Josh Love and Christian Funk represented the seller in the transaction.
     
  • Ollie's Bargain Outlet leased 33,280 square feet of retail space in Walnut Square located at 7301 S Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City in the former Big Lots space. Everest Ernst handled the transaction.
     
  • Flintco, LLC and MA Mortenson Company leased 20,177 square feet of office space in The Plow Building located at 29 E Reno Ave, Oklahoma City. The building will serve as the general contractors’ offices while they construct the new Oklahoma City arena which will host major events and the NBA champion Thunder. The availability of a near move-in ready space in a historically significant building just a block from the arena site proved to be a compelling combination for the tenant.   • LightBox, a New York-based CRE data company, leased 14,272 square feet at Westgate One located at 10401 W Reno Ave in Oklahoma City for its local office. Tre Dupuy and Ian Self represented the landlord.
