Price Edwards and Company Brokers $3.5M Single-Family Community Sale

Next Day Properties has entered the Tahlequah market with the purchase of Ozark Ridge, a 57-unit, 65,000-square-foot single-family community located at 1331 W Ozark Street. The $3,530,000 acquisition underscores their commitment to providing much-needed affordable housing in the area. Sam Walter and Dirk Erdoes of Price Edwards & Company represented both sides of the transaction.

Expanding their footprint in Oklahoma, Next Day Properties acquired Sycamore Landing Apartments, a 50-unit, 48,934-square-foot multifamily property located at 420 Sycamore Landing Boulevard in McLoud, for $1,460,000. This purchase aligns with their mission to deliver quality, affordable housing to Oklahoma communities. The transaction was facilitated by Sam Walter and Dirk Erdoes of Price Edwards & Company represented both sides of the transaction.

A 2.12-acre parcel near NW 150th Street and N Pennsylvania Avenue in Oklahoma City has sold for $1.4 million to Ramji Krupa, LLC and SHV 2, LLC. The property will be developed into a new Brakes Plus location. The transaction was facilitated by George Williams and Paul Ravencraft

• Gino Osmani has purchased 1.37 acres of prime land at 800 E Albany Street from Robert Hancock for $500,000. The transaction was facilitated by Chandler Moreau of Price Edwards & Company. Osmani, a seasoned restaurateur and owner of a popular Italian eatery, has ambitious plans for the site. Ownership intends to develop a modern commercial shopping center, reserving a portion for their own restaurant concept. The project will bring fresh energy to the corridor, marking some of the first new construction the area has seen in years.

• Botanic Tonics, a plant-based herbal supplement company known for its feel free brand of kava forward tonics and capsules, has an ever-growing footprint in the Tulsa market. As part of a ±9,000 SF expansion into Tulsa Business Park, which is adjacent to their existing facility at Space Center at 7101 E 38th St, the company has also early renewed its 41,250 SF lease at Space Center.
