• UTC Partners, LLC paid Rainier UTC Acquisitions, LLC $82,250,000 for a 416,766 square foot retail power center, University Town Center (UTC). Located at 2100 24th Avenue NW, Norman, OK, the 52.94 acre site is shadow anchored by the number one highest grossing Super Target in Oklahoma and is currently at 99% occupancy. UTC is the fifth tenant-in-common ownership acquisition for the buyer, whom focuses on class A retail power centers. Per Placer.ai, the property is listed in the top one percent nationally of power centers and ranked #1 shopping center and power center in Oklahoma, with 12 million visits per year. • HCP Quailbrook, LLC paid Quail Brook Plaza LLC $14,000,000 for a 88,538 square foot retail/medical shopping center, Quailbrook Plaza, located at 4401 W Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City. The property at the time of sale was 88% occupied with Mercy Hospital leasing 44% of the center. Quailbrook is located in a rapidly growing area in northwest Oklahoma City and serves several new high income housing additions. Phillip Mazaheri handled the transaction.

 

• Enel Green Power, one of the world's leading renewable energy companies, has leased 40,000 square feet of industrial space at OKC 577, located at 2500 E. I-240 Service Road in Oklahoma City. Enel has established a significant presence in Oklahoma through its extensive portfolio of wind energy projects and long-term investment in the state's renewable energy sector. The company operates numerous wind farms across Oklahoma, has invested more than $3 billion in the state, and is recognized as one of Oklahoma's largest wind energy operators. Enel has also expanded its Oklahoma City operations with workforce training facilities and ongoing initiatives that support economic development, job creation, and local communities throughout the state. • GOFO, a rapidly expanding last mile logistics provider, leased 26,000 square feet of industrial space at 5309 E Pine Street in Tulsa. As part of its continued growth in the Tulsa market, the company sought a functional facility with warehouse space, outdoor storage, and convenient access to major transportation corridors.
