• The Shoppes at Valencia located at 2012 NW 178th St. in Edmond, Oklahoma is a 19,781 square foot retail shopping center situated on 2.5 acres. The property sold for $4,050,000. Price Edwards Retail Investment Team: George Williams, CCIM and Paul Ravencraft represented the buyer in the transaction.

• Adam & Paul, LLC paid London Investments, LLC $1,078,000 for a 10,500 square feet industrial property at 4935 Bishop Drive in Oklahoma City. The newly constructed warehouse is situated on a one-acre parcel, with convenient access to I-40. Cody Beat handled the transaction. 

• RXO, Inc, a company specializing in last-mile delivery services with its headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, has secured a lease for 26,250 square feet of industrial space at 7001 E 38th St, Tulsa, within Space Center. This move represents a relocation from a nearby property, driven by the combination of competitive rental rates and an increased number of dock-high doors at this location. Josh Love and Tanda Francis handled the transaction. 

• Safety National Casualty Corporation leased 16,210 square feet of office space in IBC Center at 3817 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City. Safety National was established in 1942 and is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. The company is a leading specialty insurance and reinsurance provider. Craig Tucker handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord, IBC Bank.

• Adept Patriot Services, a telecommunications company, has recently secured a lease for approximately 15,688 square feet of industrial space on approximately 1.5 acres at 12607 E 60th St, Tulsa. This decision marks an expansion of their headquarters in Tulsa, with the choice influenced by the ideal office and warehouse space, along with the substantial yard area available. Josh Love handled the transaction.
