Café 7 Leases Prime Location in Downtown Oklahoma City

 Café 7 Delicatessen & Pastaria leased one of the most prominent retail spaces in downtown Oklahoma City in the First National Center. The space is accessible from the street and is located at the corner of Park and Robinson. Set to open before the end of the year, this will be the second Oklahoma City location for Café 7. The restaurant group, headed up by Paul Sorrentino, understands the downtown market as it also owns and operates the Boston Avenue Grille in Tulsa. Café 7’s unique menu offers four different lines of food, fresh hand-tossed salads, fresh toaster sandwiches, made to order pasta and an appetizing line of pizzas. Nothing on the menu is more than $7.50. The 3,331 square foot restaurant will be great addition to restaurant selection in downtown Oklahoma City. Enid Economic Development Authority Purchases Retail Property

 Homeland Acquisition Corporation sold the former Homeland grocery building at 3828 W Owen K Garriott, in Enid, Oklahoma, to the Enid Economic Development Authority for $1,750,000. The building is 66,396 square feet and is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Owen K Garriott and Oakwood. Karleen Krywucki of Price Edwards represented HAC in the disposition of the property.

Tractor Supply Signs Leases for Two New Stores

 Tractor Supply has leased two spaces from WLM Retail Trust. One space in Ada, Oklahoma is for 26,780 square feet in the North Hills Shopping Center and the second space of 27,273 square feet is at 1817 S Main Street in Weatherford, Texas. Both spaces were formerly occupied by Wal-Mart. Karleen Krywucki, Price Edwards, negotiated both leases on behalf of the owner WLM Retail Trust of Mount Prospect, Illinois.

Energy Services Company Leases Space in North Oklahoma City

 Legend Energy Services, LLC recently signed an 8,300 square foot lease at 510 E. Memorial Road. The building is located near the junction of Interstate-235 and the Kilpatrick Turnpike in Oklahoma City. From this location the company will service the Anadarko Basin in Western Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle, offering coiled tubing services, nitrogen pumping and fluid pumping. The company’s products and services assist exploration companies in long-lateral fracture stimulation on new wells, work-over of existing wellbores and providing critical support services to other oilfield applications. The company also has a significant presence in the Williston Basin in North Dakota. Craig M. Tucker, Senior Vice President negotiated the transaction between Legend and the property’s owner, GEC Properties, LLC.
