Bob Puckett, an industrial broker with Price Edwards, assisted Nash-Finch Company of Minneapolis in a long-term search for a major distribution facility in Oklahoma.

After considering multiple buildings across central and southern Oklahoma, Nash-Finch purchased and is rehabilitating two former Fleming facilities. A freezer/cooler building containing 110,000 square feet at 1301 S.E. 59th as well as an adjacent 432,000 square foot dry storage warehouse were purchased from separate ownership groups for $4,250,000 and $6,750,000 respectively.

These buildings will be used to supply groceries to commissaries on military bases in Oklahoma and surrounding states. This project involved close coordination with the Oklahoma State Department of Commerce and the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. The client expects to create 200+ jobs at this facility.
