Price Edwards & Company recently announced the release of its own native iPhone application, now available in the Apple App Store.

The product allows users, free of charge, to review property data on office buildings, shopping centers, industrial projects, and apartment communities across the Oklahoma City metro area. Information includes: lease rates, occupancy, sales history, performance relative to the market and other useful tools for property owners and investors.

Price Edwards is the only firm to provide an app specific to the Oklahoma City commercial real estate market. The technology was developed and designed by Jeremy Branecky and Jon Fisher. It was approved by Apple after its initial submission and required no modifications—a major accomplishment according to Phil Jackson, Price Edwards & Company’s Chief Information Officer.

A fully featured iPad version has also been released featuring content for Price Edwards & Company’s Office, Retail, Industrial, and Multifamily Market Summaries. Version 2.0 of the iPhone app is in the works and will bring additional features and functionality. A version of the app will also be developed for Google’s Android platform in the coming months.
