For September, Price Edwards had a total sales value of $4,008,640 and leased a total of 106,585 square feet. We are excited to see what October has in store!

$900,000 for 4,160 SF Office Suite in City Place 
The space is located on the 20th floor of City Place and will be the new location of Commercial Oklahoma Real Estate. Cordell Brown handled the transaction.

$875,000 for 5 Apartment Units

The Quincy Lofts are a very unique property.  Located in Tulsa’s historic Cherry Street District, it is in one of Tulsa’s most desirable neighborhoods.  These modern townhouse style units were constructed in 2010 and are the only modern townhome development in the area that isn’t individually owned making it a rare opportunity for a landlord to own these luxury units. Mike Marrara and David Dirkschneider handled the transaction.


24,626 SF Of Industrial Space Leased

Datebox Inc. has leased 24,626 square feet of distribution space at 1398 Metropolitan Ave in Oklahoma City.  The 69,279 square foot multi-tenant facility will now serve as the main processing and distribution center for Happily, a monthly subscription service that provides couples at-home date nights.  It is their second Oklahoma City location as their corporate offices are in The Buick building at 1101 N Broadway Ave. Chris Roberts handled the transaction.
