Price Edwards and Company Brokers $15M+ of Land Acquisitions in January

  • Dominium Acquisition, LLC paid Quail Village investments, LLC $5,865,000 for 31.5 acres of land located at Hefner & County Line Road, Yukon. Dominium Acquisition, LLC also paid HJ & CD Young Family Limited Partnership and Tinhorn Melody Investments, LLC $5,550,000 for 18.72 acres of land located at 17841 N Pennsylvania Avenue, Edmond. Dominium is a Minneapolis based multifamily developer. These are the company’s third and fourth land acquisitions in the OKC area in the past year. Craig Tucker handled the transactions.
     
  • Faith Bible Church located on Coltrane, North of 2nd Street in Edmond, purchased 21 acres (at N Broadway and Sorghum Mill) for an eventual second location to accommodate their continued growth. The property features a pond and is immediately west of Heritage Elementary, one of Edmonds newer schools. Tom Fields handled the transaction.
     
  • Grady County purchased the 12,500 square foot Chickasha Presbyterian Church property located at 428 S 6th Street in Chickasha for $550,000. The special purpose asset sits on approximately 0.57 acres and will be repurposed for county use. The transaction was handled by Paul Ravencraft and George Williams.
     
  • Beauty World, a multi-location beauty supply retailer in the Oklahoma City metro, expanded its footprint by leasing 11,000 square feet at 2121 W Hefner Road. The transaction represents a relocation and expansion from its prior space at 2113 W Hefner Rd, allowing the retailer to better serve growing demand in the corridor. George Williams and Paul Ravencraft handled the transaction.
     
  • Basmati Grocer, a family-owned retailer known for authentic South Asian groceries and specialty items, leased 8,010 square feet at Quail Springs Marketplace in Oklahoma City. This marks the company’s first Oklahoma City location, expanding its footprint into the metro after building a loyal customer base elsewhere. George Williams and Paul Ravencraft handled the transaction.
     
  • EQV Operating, LLC, a subsidiary of EQV Ventures based in Park City, Utah, leased 7,558 square feet of office space at Caliber North located at 14301 Caliber Drive, Oklahoma City. This space will support the company’s Oklahoma oil and gas operations. Tre Dupuy and Ian Self handled the transaction.
