Price Edwards Brokers Sale of RSM Building

531 Couch Drive in Oklahoma City has been sold to Oklahoma River Company LLC (67%) and KI Capital LLC (33%); both Oklahoma based investors. The 2-story, 20,448  SF building is located directly across the street from the Civic Center in downtown Oklahoma City. Constructed in 1950 the building housed the RSM accounting firm and its predecessor companies for many years. The property also consisted of a 40-space surface lot immediately adjacent to the office building.

The purchase price of the property was $2,650,000. The law firm of Ball Morse Lowe, PLLC will be the initial tenant in the building with space available for other users.  RSM will be relocating their offices to the 17th floor of Oklahoma Tower in downtown Oklahoma City. Retail Investment Team Brokers $1,300,000 Sale Of The Former Old Chicago South

Price Edwards' Retail Investment Team is proud to announce the sale of the Former Old Chicago South in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Xiao Yang Investment, Inc. purchased the property from Pearl's South, LLC for $1,300,000. The retail restaurant consists of 5,517 square feet situated on .83 acre of land. Paul Ravencraft, Phillip Mazaheri, CCIM and George Williams, CCIM with Price Edwards' Retail Investment Team handled the transaction. 

Stanley Steamer Leases 18,000 SF at 3800 S Macarthur 

Stanley Steamer has leased 18,000 SF of new industrial warehouse space for a period of 7 years. They will anchor this new industrial multi-tenant building built by ABC 6 LLC, which is located at 3800 S. Macarthur. The search for a new location began in the middle of 2017, and after looking at the entire market, Stanley Steamer selected this property due to its visibility and proximity to airport road which will allow them to serve their customers better. Octaphama Plaza Opens New Location in Almonte Shopping Center

In December Octapharma Plasma opened a 12,625 SF new plasma donation center at Almonte Shopping Center at SW 59th Street and S. May in Oklahoma City. This use has proven to be a high traffic generator for the center and hopefully leads to more leasing activity.  The center has undoubtedly improved over the past few years with new local ownership in place and the addition of Planet Fitness. Ev Ernst with Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.
